Intro to Carbine
This course is ideal for the gun enthusiast that has just purchased a carbine and is not familiar with its functions and ballistics. The classroom portion will cover subjects like nomenclature, ballistics, sight picture, the function of the carbine, accessories, and more. Once at the range, we will properly zero the carbine and then perform a malfunctions drill. This course will get you started for Tactical Carbine 1 and 2.

Carbine rifle (AR15 is preferred, but any carbine will work)

Tactical Carbine 1
If you are familiar with your carbine and have an initial zero, this course is for you. In this course, we will go straight to the range, confirm your zero, fire from different shooting positions, conduct up-drills, magazine reloads, and move while shooting the rifle and transition to pistol. This course covers most of the basics to set you up for more advanced training with your carbine and build confidence at the same time.

Tactical Carbine 2
Once you have the basic skills needed to use your carbine effectively, this course will add some challenges. You will learn to fire from both shoulders, conduct a tactical magazine reload, Zig-Zag drill, different variations of the El Prez drill, and shoot from the tactical wall. Be prepared to shoot and move.

Tactical Shotgun
The defensive shotgun can be a formidable weapon in the hands of a trained shooter. This course will enhance your skills to load administratively, load tactically, and safely unload. The student will also learn to utilize the sidesaddle for reloading as well as how to hold the shotgun to reduce recoil. Cornering and slicing the pie will also be taught and live fired, as well as firing from a barricade.
