Bishop 30 Solutions and its associates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit our website or register for courses you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.
Right of Refusal
Bishop 30 Solutions has the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason
When you visit or email Bishop 30 Solutions, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We may communicate with you via email or by posts on this website. You agree that all agreements, disclosures, or other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Courses can be scheduled up to 6 months in advance. Bishop 30 Solutions tries to meet the scheduling needs of our customers. If there is not a time that meets your needs please contact us and we will do our best to find a time that works for you.
There may be a minimum amount of students needed to schedule a Group Instruction training course (depending on the course). These minimums will be listed on the “book online” page under each course description.
Class Fees - Group Instruction
Course fees range in price starting at $50
Bishop 30 Solutions accepts payment by credit/debit cards, including VISA, Discover, and American Express. Payment is due, in full, at the time of registration to secure your spot.
If the class is canceled by Bishop 30 Solutions, the full amount of purchase is REFUNDABLE. Or, the funds can be CREDITED and applied toward a future class.
If the course is canceled by the student 24 hours before the training day, the full payment is REFUNDABLE or can be CREDITED and applied toward the same class held at a later date or another class.
If the course is canceled by the student within 24 hours prior to the training day, 50% of the fee is NON-REFUNDABLE but can be CREDITED and applied toward the same class held at a later date or another class.
If the student fails to appear for the scheduled class without previously notifying Bishop 30 Solutions, the full amount of the class is NON-REFUNDABLE and WILL NOT be CREDITED.
All REFUNDS will be processed within approximately 10-14 days.
Classes will be held rain or shine unless postponed by Bishop 30 Solutions. Bishop 30 Solutions will notify (by e-mail) all enrolled students as soon as possible if any changes are made to class dates.
Gift Certificates - There are NO REFUNDS and NO EXCEPTIONS for gift certificate purchases after payment is made.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within the company, on a need to know basis, only use any information collected from individual customers.
What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site or fill out a form.
When registering on our website you will be asked to enter your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. Certain courses may ask for other information to help Bishop 30 Solutions provide you with the best possible service.
What do we use the information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
- To process transactions
Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent. Your private information (e.g., credit cards) is never stored by Bishop 30 Solutions.
- To send periodic emails
The email address you provide for course registration may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your training course, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, or related service information.

We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
